PeasyTeach is operated by Smart Start Elementary LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("PeasyTeach," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeasyTeach website and application (the "Service"), which generates Florida B.E.S.T. English Language Arts classroom materials for grades K–5, including worksheets, quizzes, flashcards, anchor charts, and lesson plans. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
PeasyTeach is intended for teachers, parents, and other adults creating educational materials for children — it is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Children do not use PeasyTeach directly, do not create accounts, and do not submit any information to us.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
PeasyTeach offers Free, Plus, and Unlimited subscription plans, each with different tool access and monthly generation limits, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
You agree not to:
Materials generated through PeasyTeach are created using an AI language model and are provided as a starting point for your own instructional planning. Like any AI-generated content, it may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or content that doesn't perfectly fit your classroom's needs. We run automated checks intended to catch inappropriate content before it's shown to you, but these checks are not perfect. You're responsible for reviewing any generated material before using it with students.
As between you and us, you own the specific materials you generate through the Service, and you're free to print, copy, and use them for your own classroom or personal educational purposes. We retain all rights to the PeasyTeach software, website, branding, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service itself to you.
PeasyTeach relies on third-party providers to operate — including Anthropic (which powers our AI generation), Stripe (which processes payments), and infrastructure providers that host our application and database. See our Privacy Policy for details on how these providers handle information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for every classroom situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Start Elementary LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
